If there were renderings it would look good then in person it will look like shit. I wish there was a law that they had to follow the renderings 100%. Including where the garbage is stored and where the cars park.

When I parked in the "Free" parking lot over there I got towed. I was the only car. It was only after looking around that I noticed every other car had FOP plates or bumper stickers.
