That's a very niche 'benefit' but I've used discover for a decade+ and they're fine (no bank is good. Fine is as good as it gets). I've never once called customer service which to me is exactly how customer service should work... everything is accessible from their web portal/app.

I thought Discover checking and savings was kind of new?

Capital one has cash deposits at cvs which is nice for that one off time I need it

Capital One is by far the best bank I’ve used. Especially customer service. I’ve used Wells Fargo and Ally in the past.

I've used Capital One for years and it's fine. no problems so far. their high-interest savings account rates are currently like 3% which is pretty good.

Cap one here. I opened their 360 checking and savings years ago. No issues. No fees. High rates. And I get to use their branches.

Discover HYSA up to $200 bonus with $25k deposit. Capital one has one for $1000 for $100k. Both 3%. Can’t go wrong with either.
