I think I saw this dog or another one just like it on Friday. The owner was walking behind it with no leash on 108th by D'Angelos. No wonder it got lost. People need to leash their fucking pets.

As in 'Merica bald eagles? Yikes! If I had a dog I'd walk them with those spiky-looking collars. They don't even have to be spiky, just some cloak that looks scary from above.

We got what, hawks, eagles, and falcons here, all of which would be capable of killing a lil dog.
