We have bald eagles they could totally carry off a toy dog.

As in 'Merica bald eagles? Yikes! If I had a dog I'd walk them with those spiky-looking collars. They don't even have to be spiky, just some cloak that looks scary from above.

We got what, hawks, eagles, and falcons here, all of which would be capable of killing a lil dog.

I don't see peregrines (there are pics of them locally) dive bombing on a rat dog, but in the words of Serge Ibaka, how hungry are you?
