So, ridership is down, but a train station massively plagued with cost overruns (aka graft and corruption) is finally getting to open?

And we wonder why no one respects the MTA.

This project started like 10 years ago.

The project truly stared back in the 50s and the tunnel work began in the 60s. This thing was in a start/stop loop for 50+ years.
