Your ToS say the opposite: "The protected health information used or disclosed based on my authorization may be re-disclosed by the recipient(s) and will no longer be protected by federal regulations that protect the privacy and security of an individual’s health information under HIPAA"

this is necessary to do work on the data internally. there is no legal jargon we could add that would permit us to resell patient health information. always illegal

this is really great. a little over a year ago i got a list from my insurance of all the psychiatrists in network near me to talk out some stuff and it's a massive pdf thats just so overwhelming and it's not an emergency so I just kinda put it off and didn't really think about it. i just put in my info on your site, realized how affordable a mental health visit is and just booked an appointment with someone. thank you

Make sure your psychiatrist takes your insurance! Even if they don’t, sometimes they have negotiated out of network rates with your insurance company too.

Thanks! I confirmed on the phone with the doctors office and with my insurance. I hate how confusing and not intuitive the whole process is.
