We need weed bars with chill out lounge where people sit around and enjoy some music, talk. Chillout soundproof spaces. Game area for physical games to play. Of course food and drinks. Naked waitresses would be a big plus too. City needs to put the hammer down in favor of sex work, nudity.

Also nyc needs a new avenue for revenue. Wall street already expressed how it wants to move away. So nyc has to build vegas style businesses (better than vegas) to survive. No other way around it.
