You can smoke if you’ve got it but there are no shops that are technically legit yet. They haven’t gotten around to granting the licenses yet.

It’s not retail legal yet, but it’s openly sold in weed stores. Bong shops, paraphernalia stores, whatever you want to call them, they all sell weed openly now. In displays next to the doritos. Very easy to find.

Just go walk around the LES, you'll find plenty of places openly selling weed. The selling of it is not yet legal, but nothing will happen to you legally if you buy it.

Google “nyc weed gifting”. It’s a strange workaround, but you buy some shitty item, like Sox for the price of the weed you want and then they gift you the weed. Also, there are a million shops and trucks selling it too.

Stay away from Delta 8/0/10 and stick with regular cannabis. Don't buy the vape carts because those are least likely to be legit.
