The suspect was previously arrested menacing somebody with a knife. If he was not held after threatening somebody with knife, nothing going to happen with him breaking a couple of windows.
When he inevitably gets arrested once again you will once again be asking “why didn’t police stop this repeat offender who been arrested numerous times from committing another crime”.
