I have no idea where "Broadway Ave" is.

I live by Broadway in Brooklyn. I've never heard anyone call it Broadway Ave.

I’ve mistakenly called it Broadway Ave before. God, Myrtle and Broadway is like the Walking Dead sometimes.

Factos. It's like calling it Broadway Ave. for the one in Manhattan. It's not "Broadway ____." It's just "Broad Way."
