Easier said than done. How much is it going to cost for the conversion? Are the developers going to get that conversion money back from the rent they're going to charge? If it's not worth it to the developers that empty office space is going to sit empty or until it's torn down.

There needs to be massive subsidies or this won’t happen. Doesn’t make sense. Or buildings need to trade at significantly lower prices
