Dear New Yorkians,
I am running a bunch of climate data to test my script and recently looked at New York. The graphs should be pretty self-explanatory but let me know if you have any questions.
Key Takeaways: More wet days, constant growing season, and warmer than a few decades ago. No appreciable trend in seasonal precipitation distribution (i.e. all seasons contribute anywhere between 20 and 30% to the annual water year precipitation). Statistically, it would be an absolute shocker if this year stays snow-free for that beautiful city of yours.

1940 data is incomplete so take that reading with a grain of salt.
