Someone told me about bossa nova and I went back in December of 2022. It’s definitely open lmao. It started out alright until some chick came onto the floor, dressed in pastel Bondage gear and started growling and screaming into a mic and a mosh formed out of nowhere. I felt like I was 16 at warped tour wtf lol. I just don’t get how it goes from techno to…whatever that was

Word. Yeah it can be kind of hit or miss. I just remember they had to close because of a fire+water damage either last year or late 2021.

I've only ever heard hard techno at Jupiter Disco. Maybe give that place a shot.
