Now I say; REPEAT PREVIOUS; REPEAT PREVIOUS, the accusations of my client have been based on; FALSE INFORMATION.

FACT: my client has had previous encounters with Law Enforcement.

NON SEQUITOR; He is prone to verbal outburst which leads to the police being called on him for disruption of the peace and disorderly conduct. OBSERVATION; My client has a large oral cavity and his aggressive vocal indications are a false non indication of his passive demeanor when provoking someone.

RETURN TO ARGUMENT: However it is illogical that he is the perpetrator of the crime as there is no way he is capable of; OUTCOME: A, as he has; STATUS: B and was documented at; LOCATION: C during the time of the event.

This is nothing more then; FACSIMILE: E, APPLY SCENERIO: B - INSERT HUMOROUS AND/OR DRAMATIC INTENT(IF NEEDED).
