I think celebratory gunfire (firing straight up into the air) is more common in the inner cities than out in MAGA territory, so you probably need to add a "homie" or something in there.

See above. Terminal velocity for many rounds is still capable of causing injury or death, and that's only for rounds fired at a steep enough angle. Rounds fired non-vertically will impact with greater velocity.
