A. It’s was a Mexico jersey

B. He flicked it off his shoe as he reached to take it off. Not quite wiping the floor…

This whole nothing burger is quite ridiculous. Maybe Mexico should have showed up on Saturday instead of looking completely unorganized for 90 minutes?

High on my list of don'ts:

  1. Don't get punched in the face by Mike Tyson
  2. Don't get punched in the body by Canelo Alvarez (or GGG).

If they fought and it was MMA or Kickboxing and Messi had time to train do you think his kicking could bring him up to snuff and make it a real fight or would Canelo still wreck his shit?

Nah no way Messi has even a sliver of a chance. Canelo has years of fighting experience. If he got hit with a lucky kick... maybe? But I highly doubt it.

I was thinking more of the chopping kicks to the calf like what took down sean o'malley but I do think that the experience of fighting would easily determine the fight I just wanted to know what others thought I know who Canelo is and what he does, I had to look up Messi cause I don't care for team sports.

No. Canelo has been fighting for a long, long time. No amount to training would allow Messi to catch up. He'd get blapped pretty bad.
