Well to be fair, until 2015, male victims of sexual violence weren’t even recognized as proper victims. It’s also been observed that female perpetrators tend to be sentenced less severely (if at all) than male perpetrators in almost all forms of crime, including sexual violence. Men haven’t exactly been looking out for other men
