It's ok, this just means that the company has declared that it is an accessory to the hacking and must be held either equally accountable or considered to be the architect of the actions. That's probably exactly what those reporters will say if questioned, hence the company "defending their human rights".

Sounds like we need to end protection for the press when they are in an active warzone. Hope active combatants target them like anyone else. They clearly think they’re above the rest of us, let them dodge a few bullets in the name of their trade.
