Don't remember asking. Anyone going out of their way to associate malice with my comment should probably look into CB therapy. You've gotta be living in a pretty dark place in your head.

The purpose of vetoing punishment due to authority mishandling isn't to blame the legal system, but to blame the cops. The criminal faces repercussions from committing a crime, but a cop should also face repercussions from abusing their power. If the way a cop executes their duty is irrelevant to a case, it would never be brought up and nobody would care as much about it.
The dude got shot and was hospitalized. Putting them in jail would be redundant
