If you read the article, you might notice it's a silly joke, used as an excuse for (good) terible puns by everyone involved.

I am very sorry for the journalist, though, imagine having to report on a thing like this.

It seems to be a place of contradictions --- named both Milton and Keynes, a place where Marshall 1962 comes from, but also Milton Keynes.

Also:
