Well, that's the thing. The Man In Black is clearly a Black-Eyed Person. So no one knows how someone like him or me can age.

Maybe you just age super slowly until you stop aging? Or just suddenly wake up physically 15 and wait an unknown about of time until the next sudden growth spurt?

Probably the first option. Because suddenly waking up looking 15 years old sounds outlandish, even for me.
