Defeating your shadow is definitely something to be proud of! I hope you and Evelyn will both realize howmuch you have to be proud of. Every moment you stay to fight, or even just survive, is another choice to be proud of.

Getting up again when you fall is perhaps the greatest battle of all. I hope Evelyn can see that. I'm glad she has such a wonderful friend by her side!
