I feel it's kinda on the neighbors also, they should have told y'all what would happen when y'all planted y'all's garden the wrong way.

All of this could have been avoided with a simple conversation and a welcome to the neighborhood muffin basket containing the list of rules and an explanation.

And since even the police know the rules, you’d think that everyone would get a town hall-style meeting every time a house in the neighborhoods is sold.
