The first thing you should do is find who the spirit is attached to. All spend a day separate from each other, and document your findings. The most likely answer is that the spirit is jumping from each one of you. That's usually how they work, as negative spirits are attracted to negative energy. So you might have to cleanse your own demons to make amends with this spirit. You all can't solve your problems in one day, though, so there's another way.
