No one deserves the treatment of being whole-body degloved while alive. I hope she’s gone and that she’s resting in peace, but then again they didn’t find any bones…

Maple sounds like she is magic! She could of cloaked herself from others seeing the bones. If she got away, why didn't she leave before she starved? Maybe she never left, allowing herself to starve hoping you'd one day return. If she is still out there she will need to be stopped

I don't know if she got away, it's more likely she did die, but there's always that itching in the back of my mind. That insistent "what if?"
