Before surgery. They place a air bags under the skin. Slowly adding air to stretch the skin and allowing for new growth. That extra skin is used for the grafts.

Spray on surgery glue will not allow the skin that would need to be stretched to hold.

What do you mean? Spray on skin is to help reduce scaring is what I thought.
