Let’s be honest, Haiti isn’t stable enough to overthrow. Can’t install someone to rule if the country is permanently dysfunctional.

Their governance is so deeply corrupt that they're one of those countries I'd probably say would be better off overthrown and ruled by a maniac from Quebec.

I vaguely remember about some plans to actually annex Haiti to Canada.

Did some politician say that or I dreamed the whole thing?

I saw headline and was all "Haiti has a government?"

Not true! America nearly had its functional government overthrown by a man baby and his racist pack of loosers

Nearly? There wasn't even the faintest chance of success.

Because only degens with barely any plan has stormed the capital. Can't imagine what it would be if any of them was smart.

I wonder how hard it would be to overthrow the Haitian government. I mean, considering the general condition of the country, it’ll probably happen sooner or later.

It seems his plot dates back to two years ago. The president he wanted to overthrow has been assassinated by other people since then. The government has been overthrown.

This is why it is critical to periodically review your 5-year plan.

Usually when action is taken to unseat a leader and overthrow a government it’s to install another regime in its place. The situation is so volatile in Haiti that it is difficult to see how a lasting government could hold power.

I believe the difficulty would be all the competition and not knowing who to actually overthrow.

I was thinking the same. I feel like anyone with 100 dollars cash could prob go and claim the government. It is a shame the world is not doing more for that island

So nows it is a crime to theoretically think of ways to take over small countries? Thats bs, who hasn't dreamed of buding an empire. You have to start small.

There is little to no difference between Alberta and the rest of the country, every province has it's own local brand of crazy but Canadians as a whole are extremely similar.

Quebec is an outlier, obviously. My spouse is Quebecois and I visit every year, I'm very much accustomed to how Quebecois can be lol
