Seems a good opportunity for a decentralized approach using solar and wind at the local level.

Russia doesn’t have enough missiles to cripple that.

They have massive Nuclear power operations. They’ve spent the money.

I’m pro-nuclear.

But building and relying on nuclear power in a war zone with both sides trading artillery and missiles is… idiotic.

If they’re being bombed with a focus on their energy infrastructure then decentralization as they rebuild would take that strategy away.

Would be a good idea in the future but can't easily set it up during a war, and Russia probably won't have the capacity for war go for a century after this.
