That's basically Houston news these days, almost all of which are fatal too. So glad I'm not living there anymore

Houston is a highway off ramp masquerading as a city

I have a buddy that does overnight resets around East Texas. I can tell she's working in Houston when she calls me two hours prior to work going "Headed to the South side, wish me luck!!"

Overnight resets? Sorry can you explain that? Like shifting transit/commercial vehicles from one location to another?

Ever been to your local grocery or department store and gone "Hey, everything is moved around?!?" That's what my friend does.

Ah, I worked overnights at a Walmart 2020-21, and I was part of the in-house mod reset team, but there was some contracted out to companies like the one your friend works for. And it was always a giant shit show because shipping delays meant they didn't have the signage or whatever materials needed to do the reset, but said contractor showed up at the allotted time, and got paid to just go: "Welp, bye.", then we had to do it, lmao. THAT FUCKING SUNGLASSES TOWER, the signage for that came in 4 MONTHS after

California.... And I can say without a doubt, the traffic and aggressive lunatics driving in it are not nearly as bad as Houston.

Am from the Bay Area, so many hit and runs with people either driving Altimas or Infinities 😁

Altimas don't surprise me, especially ones with fake paper plates. It's kind of the official car of low life assholes
