Is it good or bad if one person owns more of them? What information can I glean from this?

a friend had trouble selling their condo bc one person owned a heck of a lot of the condos and apparently was behind on their HOA so that jacked up the HOA for everyone else and new buyers didnt want to buy with such a high fee

That sounds pretty unfair. Did they ever sort things out with that person? Are the condos nice otherwise at least?

i think that’s just the way it goes. they warned me while i was looking for a condo and now i warn everyone too

if you watched Only Murders In The Building there is a joke about this. martin short’s character is behind on his dues so everyone else’s went up

not familiar with that condo. if you are on IG check the location tag to get a peak into it
