Oh yeah, I know it can be made with a dehydrator - but we just splurged on a second smoker + outdoor fridge + stainless steel table for the little outdoor kitchen we cobbled together + ooni.

Still learning how to use the pizza oven - but we should get the hang of it eventually
(also, facebook marketplace is amazing - we got the second smoker three weeks after Father's Day from a guy in Jackson. Sold a $200 smoker with a cover & wood for $80)
