I guess my bank account's and my emotional "pain and suffering" from keeping the car on the road don't count, but then again, anything's fair game for a lawyer (and I have some access to legal services through work). I suppose an accident bad enough to total the car could cause some pretty bad injury. Just curious, thanks.
