Hello!

We moved to Bergen County in October from Queens. Looking for restaurant recs in the area.

We like most kinds of food, though my wife has the cilantro aversion gene, and my tastes skew towards East Asian foods.

We like the soup dumpling place in Palisades Park, So Good in Closter, Simply Vietnamese in Tenafly, and the kebab place in Closter. Aquarius in Fort Lee is on my list

Was going to recommend Aquarius. Also if you’re a ramen fan we like Blackbeard Ramen in Cliffside Park.

I love Simply Vietnamese. I always get the cubed beef salad. We’re going to Englewood Tapas tomorrow. The food was great the last time we ate there, admittedly a couple of years ago

Cast Iron Pot in Fairview is decent for Korean BBQ.

Soup Dumpling Plus in Fort Lee has some of the better soup dumplings in NJ.

Closter is great for East Asian options. For Japanese: Nakahara restaurant in Leonia and Yakitori 39 in Teaneck are authentic.
