Does it have to be on Thanksgiving Day? Why not do birthday brunch over the weekend?

Thanksgiving day is her actual bday. We only celebrate thanksgiving with just the two of us. We have no problem doing something over the weekend but if brunch is an option the morning of i’d love to take her out!
