Curious… is New Brunswick in central? I used to say that but then someone from Princeton said it was north so idk.

I don’t care either way, things are just either close to my home or far lol. And I’m from an immigrant family but grew up in NJ so I didn’t know what taylorham pork roll even was until college. I just know it’s really good in a breakfast sandwich.

Tbh I have no idea. I grew up in Woodbridge township and was told it was central. Now I think anything south of the Driscoll bridge is central.

Currently live in Delanco and they say it’s south but is basically east Philly with less gun shots.

So who knows.

I would say so, but New Brunswick still leans north, as it is closer to Elizabeth, Edison and Newark, places which are definitely north

Yeah I get that, but having grown up in Morris, and then going to New Brunswick, it’s kinda strange to think of those two places as one region
