You will have to pay the fine and the whole turnpike fee. If you still have your ticket you might be able to make a case to just pay the fee.

Edit: Also get a damn EZPass and this would not happen.

I rarely take any toll roads so it hasn’t been worth it to me to get an EZ Pass but I missed the EZ Pass lane too so this probably still would have happened…
