I’m just pissed off because I can’t ever remember them just randomly sending me a new tag before. I know it’s my fault but I would have updated my address if I was expecting it.

Yeah, I've had my one tag since 2010. I never thought to update it, because I had no reason to. It recently just died, and I just left Delaware EZPass to bring it home to NJ.
