Had it for about 2 months now. First thing is they won’t tell you a date. They just show up and ring your bell. The swap takes less than 5 min so it’s not a big issue. As far as what the meter does different for you the consumer I really can’t tell. I’ve checked my app and online and really didn’t notice anything different as far as what details are provided. Maybe I missed it but I don’t think so.

It helps the meter readers not have to enter your household. That information is just real basic no honestly pressure levels etc. you can probably ask them for more details but honestly they just want to monitor your meter without entering your home.
