arthurs is 3 miles up the road in morris plains, best burger I've ever had

While not in Morristown, this is absolutely the answer. I think Committed Pig is not worth the time or money. Go to Arthur’s, order a birch beer, French onion soup, burger, and side of potatoes. Enjoy.

Blue Morel at the Governor Morris hotel is a short drive away and has the best burger around here I think. Char crust on the outside but perfectly medium rare in the middle. There’s an option to get Foie Gras on it if you want to go super decadent. The GK burger at Rods is also solid.

Committed Pig - best burger had down and solid fries.
Also, in terms of other take out options, if you like sushi try Inspiration Roll!

Not too familiar with most of the places in Morristown but Stirling Tavern has a legit burger.

The Morristown Diner never disappoints, and is open 24 hours. Great food in general, reasonable (for the area) prices.
