You are running under the assumption that politicians fix problems. Politicians are mostly all obstructionists. That joke that the opposite of Progress is Congress is less and less a joke and more and more the reality.

I couldn't agree more, it's why I made this post. The idea of voting for a life long banker in the most expensive state in the country is like asking a shark to save you from drowning.
