Yes. He said the system didn't fail this poor child because her mom committed suicide and therefore the student's fate was inevitable. Being bullied and beaten on multiple live streams in school was no one's fault but her own.

I think it’s coming from social media. I know if you use the word “suicide” on TikTok, they’ll flag your account. That’s why you’ll see similarly stupid euphemisms for words like “rape”.
