Looking for a cafe open late night to chill out at. I'm in Central Jersey, but I'm willing to drive. Any recommendation besides Starbucks is welcome.

Spent many a late night at Time to Eat diner in Bridgewater. Looks like they’ve started closing at 11:30.

Cafe 360 in Freehold is low key, not too small, and cool. The coffee is very good, gelato and excellent baked goodies, and also a hooka bar on the heated back patio.

Depending on what constitutes "late night," your best bet is probably grabbing a cup of coffee at a local diner.
