EWR website shows their IS a walkable connection. So two options 1) via bus shuttles and 2) a walkway via terminal A garage and a “covered exterior walkway” and one elevator/ escalator. Will have to see how much of a pain that is. They have to replace the air train anyway as it doesn’t connect to long term parking and they’ve know that for a while.

I just noticed there is a siding to a service shed for the air train that is closer to terminal A than the current station. Lol. It’s labeled “bombardier transportation” on the image.

This. There is a walkable connection. Take the AirTran to the old P3 stop, which is now the terminal A stop. There is a 10 minutes walk to Terminal A that is super easy.
