If you have a Costco card they had a bunch of childrens Tylenol in a three pack. This was last week.

Apparently dollar general has ibprofen in liquid form for kids.

No matter what you do youll probably have trouble giving your kiddo medicine since hes on the spectrum but atleast with the liquid you can get some down before they spit it out.

You can give him a smaller dose of adult Tylenol. My mom used to crush it between 2nspoons and mix with sugar and water. You can do that and add it to something else as well.

I have heard that if you call a pharmacy that does compounding (which I think is usually small pharmacies, not like Walgreens) they can make you some.

I have not tried this myself

This is accurate. All Tylenol is the same, it just depends on the dosage. So if the kid is big enough, crushing pills and mixing them will work. For Tylenol, 10mg per kg is the dose, so if he's about 70 lbs (32.5kg), one regular 325mg pill works.

I found some at the Rite Aid in Fair Haven. They had it behind the counter, so you had to ask for it

We found children’s Tylenol at the Walmart in Wallingford just a few days ago! Good luck and hope your kiddo feels better.
