What I find odd is my place was a recent renovation listed for like 2 months. They had to reduce the price twice (originally was 2200)

wow. honest to god that would make me nervous. were there any, like, chalk outlines on the livingroom floor? bloody gloves under the sink? does a shrieking wraith appear in the bathroom mirror at midnight? it's gotta be something.
