I've been told Forest to Shore in Stratford is good. Same with Black Hatchet in Wallingford.

I personally go to Witchhouse in Hartford (https://www.instagram.com/witchhousetattoo/?hl=en) or Ratkiller (https://www.instagram.com/ratkiller3000/?hl=en) in Glastonbury but those are both shleps.
