IMHO, NOVA has more character and diversity than CT as a hole. The traffic equals out, but with NOVA’s great transportation systems it really helps offset the congestion.

Just my thoughts.

I lived in Reston for many years and also loved it. I live outside new haven now and love that too. Two great places honestly.
