Hey guys, I’m a 28 year old female looking for a new primary care doctor in southern New Hampshire. I can go to Manchester, Nashua, Londonderry, Salem, Windham, Derry, etc. I currently have one in Salem and their practice seems to be really going downhill. I’ve been diagnosed with a severe anxiety disorder since age 7, I also have anemia which causes frequent visits….kindness/compassion just is lacking now. My favorite nurse practitioner left the office on top of that, giving me another reason to change. Anyone have good recommendations? Thank you all so much.

Just an aside, but if you're suffering from a "severe anxiety disorder", you might want to look into a mental health clinician instead of a PCP for treatment.

Altrix medical in Nashua is great. Nichole has experience with veterans with PTSD and other anxiety related disorders.

Thank you so much! That’s wonderful. I mentioned the anxiety not necessarily for mental health help I suppose, but more in a small background of myself to steer me towards someone who can be reassuring. I’m so grateful for all these comments. It’s been nerve-wracking trying to find a new PCP but checking my phone and seeing how many kind people took a minute of their day to comment and help me makes me feel less afraid to make a move. Thank you.

Yes, that is correct. They are all very good and very thorough.

A few years ago a coworker of mine just wasn’t feeling well, and her primary care physician blew it off. I suggested Wright and Associates, and they discovered she had a very rare blood disorder and needed a blood transfusion immediately. They quite literally saved her life.
