I mentioned the anxiety not necessarily for mental health help I suppose, but more in a small background of myself to steer me towards someone who can be reassuring. I’m so grateful for all these comments. It’s been nerve-wracking trying to find a new PCP but checking my phone and seeing how many kind people took a minute of their day to comment and help me makes me feel less afraid to make a move.
