No but just eyeballing it it’s probably around mid 20s, but again they said it’s only 30 inches to the bumper on trucks and this isn’t classified as that

They don’t classify it as that. It would be classified as a “Multipurpose Passenger Vehicle”.
Which would follow this law
*”a) A vehicle shall be rejected if:
(3) The suspension has been altered, and the bottom edge of the horizontal bumper bar:
b. Is less than 16 inches or more than 30 inches above level ground on a multipurpose passenger vehicle and light-duty truck; “*

Glad I can help. If you look at your registration, it’ll show how the state classified it. Definitely measure for yourself so you know if it’s legal.
